We come look
When the roof is safe to walk, a person gets on it and says what is actually wrong. If it is not safe, we say that too.

You get a written scope
Repair or replacement, the material that fits, and the permit path. You decide. Nothing on this website prints a price.

RTI Roofing did a phenomenal job in our house. We had severe overheating in one of our rooms in the house. They correctly diagnosed that the roof had lack of ventilation and the heat built up in the attic had no escape path, keeping some rooms 4-6 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. They installed vents, and sealed it perfectly. They also saw that I had a cracked tile and replaced it. The rooms are much more livable now.
